Yea Sharkboy! I couldn't recommend him more. Everything you say sounds just like him. He will be constantly working on his tours as well and is very open to requests or suggestions. In case for example you want a longer, more in depth tour fo the lagoon etc...he will make himself available for variations. A phone number would be good. If he does't see this, I"ll check with him about that.
