When I toured it nearly 2 years ago the place was brand new. The rooms and premises were nice and clean, though nothing stylish, and no amenities such as mini-fridge or coffee maker, etc., just a soda machine in the lobby. A little walk to any restaurants and the beach, but they do have a pool, which makes it seem overall a decent value IMO.
